Alvin Wang is the Managing Director of FocalPoint Partners Greater China, specializing in M&A and financing transactions in a wide range of industries, including TMT, consumer retail, healthcare, industrial and renewable energy. Alvin has built solid long-term relationships with many top-tier international and domestic investment institutions during his years of project management experience. Prior to that, he worked at Houlihan Lokey’s Hong Kong office, covering Greater China and Southeast Asia. Prior to Houlihan, Alvin worked in the corporate finance team at Lehman Brothers’ New York office, focusing on the TMT sector.

Alvin holds a Master’s degree in Financial Science from Boston College, a Master’s degree in Economics from Northeastern University, and is a Ph.D. candidate at Northeastern University. Alvin is a Chartered Financial Valuation Analyst with the National Association of Credited Valuation Analysts. Alvin is one of the key founders of the global commercialization of PM Space advanced flying object plan.
